I promise a Star Wars Galaxy Edge full review post is on it’s way! I apologize it’s been a hectic work week for me, but onto the news! Disney Parks and Resorts has officially announced that the second attraction for Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge will open on December 5th in Walt Disney World in Orlando and on January 17th in Anaheim at Disneyland Resort.
Keep in mind that this date could still be subject to change, and both Disneyworld and Disneyland could offer soft openings of the attraction ahead of these opening dates. Galaxy’s Edge will officially open to the public in Florida on August 29th.
There are no details if this attraction will be available for Max Pass, Fast Pass Plus or Fastpass yet, but I would not be surprised to see it included after its opening day. It’s exciting news, but disappointing to some who hoped the attraction in California would open this year. Stay tuned for updates! Until next time, happy travels!
