Just a quick update about ticket sales. If you were lucky enough to be one of the few that was successful in the Olympic ticket bid through CoSport, congratulations! Over 1 million people attempted to get tickets. If you’re like me, you missed out, but that doesn’t mean your chances are over!
Beginning July 2, CoSport will begin selling tickets to the games in live sales. This means you can contact them for the date and event you wish to attend to see if there are any tickets available for sale not picked up or paid for by those who submitted a request on May 31. They have been experiencing problems with their website so be patient if the purchase for tickets gets pushed back a little further!
I would highly recommend you already have an account created through them to help expedite the process. Knowing ahead of time what tickets you would like would help too, Good luck!
